we are a non-Profit, but we also have to make a living!
We chose to become a non-profit rather than a teacher development company because of the opportunity it provides us to give and get support. That being said we do charge for our professional development sessions and consulting work, but we have to right to choose our fees as well as what work will will do pro bono.
