The LED Project Podcast is an extension of the conversations we’ve had over the past five years. At the start of 2017 we decided we should share those conversations with others, in 2018 we decided we should include other teachers in that conversation and provide them a platform to tell their stories, and in 2019 we have a goal to reach 1,000,000 downloads and expand these conversations to include and impact even more teachers. We can’t wait for you to hear what is in store in 2019!!

I had an amazing experience as a guest on the LED Project Podcast! The questions forced me to truly evaluate myself as a teacher, and it got me thinking about the legacy I want to leave behind. I'm glad other educators can hear me work through these big questions about teaching because it helps open up the discussion, which is so crucial to teacher growth. I love listening to other teachers on the podcast so that I can hear their perspectives too. It opens up my mind about the world of education beyond just my school and district, and it connects educators across the country, which is so valuable.
